When analyzing the data, there’s a fairly continuous difference between players as the rankings go down. The difference between Alfred Morris and Darren Sproles is about the same as the difference between Darren Sproles and Reggie Bush, according to our analysis.

However, there are 12 players that are simply game-breaking. They’ve broken away from the pack and will score more than their fair share of points this season. Pick up as many as you can in the first 2 rounds of your draft.

The 8th best quarterback in the league for fantasy purposes (Tony Romo) will only score about 16 points less than the #1 fantasy quarterback in the league (Drew Brees). There’s a bit of a drop off after Romo, so make sure you pick up one of the top 8.
